The Multiethnic Collaborative meets quarterly online and in person at the Exponential Global Conference.
Who We Are
The Multiethnic Collaborative is a group of diverse church planting leaders who have been gathering together since 2022 with a shared commitment to identifying, supporting, and resourcing church planters of color. We define multiethnic to include immigrant church planting, ethnic-specific church planting, and multiracial church planting. We provide safe spaces for diverse planters to bring all of who they are to the work of church planting, and we curate resources that were built for them.
Our vision is to reach the most diverse generation in history through equipping 2,000 planters to start healthy, reproducing, multiethnic churches by 2045 (when there will be no majority ethnicity in the US).

Monthly Webinars
In Fall 2026, we are planning to launch live webinars each month to highlight exemplary multiethnic church planters and dialogue with them.
National gathering
We are planning a national gathering, tentatively scheduled for Feb 5-6, 2027, in Dallas, TX. Mark your calendars!
