About the Emerging Leaders Retreat
An invitation-only gathering for 30 practitioner leaders from across the U.S. & Canada to:
- Pray and beseech the Lord.
- Develop spiritual friendships and strategic relationships for the decades to come.
- Ideate & catalyze collaborative initiatives.
The themes of the retreat will focus on:
- Understanding how diversity and reconciliation impacts the future church.
- Re-evaluating leadership models and authority structures, particularly in light of Gen-Z and their perception of institutions and organizations.
- Developing the appropriate missional narratives to mobilize the next generation into greater levels of mission and church planting.
Thanks to the generosity of ministry partners, food and lodging are provided. Participants must cover their own travel costs.
